Work Passes Application

We provide work passes application for your foreign talents pertaining to Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit Pass, Dependent Pass. Application of Passes requires a lot of time and effort. Error will result in rejection by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). We had been providing employment passes services for many years now and are knowledgeable of MOM’s requirement for the approval of passes. We will not guarantee approval of the pass as it is the jurisdiction of MOM but based on the working experience, education level and salary of the candidates, we can gauge the eligibility and approval of the foreign talents with high success rate.
Employment Pass – There are two categories of employment pass based on the eligibility criteria of MOM. These are professional who are highly skilled in their own field and for certain E Pass, the candidates are also eligible to sponsor their parent, spouse or sibling. The candidate must earn at least S$3,600 to qualify (more experienced candidates need higher salaries).

S Pass – This category of pass is suitable for semi-skilled or junior to mid level skilled professional foreigners who would not qualify for Employment Pass. There is a minimum qualifying salary for this category which is SGD2,200 at the moment for entry level candidates. The qualifying salaries for more experienced candidates would be higher depending on the experience and qualification. A quota is also imposed for each company as to how many S Pass holders they can employ.

Work Permit – This pool of candidates are workers from Malaysia or they are from an approved source country. This are the junior position in the company especially service sector like Hotel, Food and Beverage Industry, manufacturing, and etc. The worker is only allowed to work for a direct employer and in the specified occupation. There is no minimum qualifying salary for this category of work pass.

Dependent Pass – Dependent Pass(DP) is typically offered to children or spouses of employment pass or S Pass holders (if they qualify). Holders of this pass are allowed to work in Singapore subject to obtaining a letter of consent from the Ministry of Manpower.
